Great condo in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to all
restaurants, shopping, nightlife and activities. Only 4 short blocks
to the Rosarito Beach Hotel.

Our condo has 2 bedrooms:
Master with a queen size bed and full bathroom.
Guest bedroom has a full size bed.

Living room is equipped with a full size sleeper sofa.

It is fully equipped with a dish washer, TV's (cable with San Diego
channels), CD player, washer and dryer, cookware, kitchen utencils,
coffee maker, microwave, linens, towels, beach chairs, small cooler,
etc.

1,120 sq. ft on the 11th floor.


Only 30 minutes from San Diego, Ca.

Gated parking lot with 24 hr. security.
