Welcome to this luxury ocean view vacation rental condo located on the
beautiful Island of Cozumel, just one block from the blue Caribbean!

This Cozumel vacation rental spans two floors with two bedrooms, two and a
half bathrooms, and three whirlpools, with one on the private rooftop
terrace...perfect for enjoying the sunsets and evening stars.


The penthouse also provides mid-week maid service (daily
service is available for an additional charge), purified water, linens
and beach
towels. Caribe Sunset is the only unit in
the building with a UV water purification system so no more concerns
about using water from the taps. This is rare in Mexico vacation rentals.

Caribe Sunset is a luxurious penthouse that will sleep five guests.

There are two bedrooms located on the first and second floors. Each
is furnished with a queen-sized bed (the master bedroom has a
romantic wrought-iron bed!) and private bathroom with whirlpool. In
addition, the living room contains a full-sized futon that could
accommodate one adult or two children.

The Cozumel condo is full of large windows and sliding glass doors,
a beautiful rooftop terrace, and a balcony to capture the sunlight and
ocean breezes that are always available. The master bedroom has a 15-
foot domed ceiling that naturally circulates the cool breezes—or, of
course, you can always turn on the air-conditioner.

On the rooftop terrace there is a whirlpool tub and dining area to
enjoy comfortable outdoor living.

The furniture is handmade, and the doors and cabinetry are custom-
built. A decorator brought in fabrics, tiles, and paint to create an
authentic Mexican theme in the warm colors of the sunset. Caribe
Sunset boasts colorful artwork that was selected from all over
Mexico to make you feel like a native.

Caribe Sunset is completely up to date with AC throughout, fully-
equipped kitchen (with microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc.),
pressurized water, VCR, TV, stereo, winding staircase, vaulted domed
ceilings, and giant walk-in closet in the master bedroom. There are
informative books about Mexico and its history, games, movies, and
music.

Many Cozumel vacation rentals are located the the highly desirable
Corpus Christi neighborhood. Caribe Sunset is the closest to the
Caribbean,
shopping and fine dining.

If you need a taxi, they are readily available.

This penthouse is perfectly situated for families, divers, adventure-
seekers, or those who just want to relax. Cozumel’s best grocery
store, Chedraui, and a brand new mini-mall are just across the
street. If you like, you can shop for fresh Mexican pastries and
produce everyday, then catch a movie at the six-screen theater in
the mall.

$850 for High Season (Jan 5-May 31)
$775 for Low Season (June 1-Dec. 19)


A 12% Mexican tax will be collected.

50% due at booking to hold the property. Balance due 30 days prior
to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of $300 will be collected and returned
2 weeks after you check out.

An energy surcharge will be applied for parties numbering more than 4
persons.
