Brand new luxury 1700 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom condo  
off the beach ( 20 steps) in front of the world's second largest  
reef. The condo is  decorated mexican style with fully equipped  
kitchen. Master bedroom has king size bed and full bathroom with  
jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Second bedroom has two double beds  
and full bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms open up onto a  
beautifully  landscaped garden with your own semi private pool and  
jacuzzi tub. There are only 6 units in this five star condominium  
complex located in a tranquil cobblestone cul de sac just 7 minutes  
from town centro.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air condtioning and ceiling fans throughout. A full equipped  
kitchen, range and oven microwave, water cooler,(with water)  
refrigerator, toaster, blender, dishes , glasses, and all cooking  
utensils.  Linens, towels, beach chairs, stereo.Maid service  
included 3 times a week. Town has lots of restaurants, bank  
machines, shops, grocery store, park, bookstore , bus service to  
anywhere, car rentals... tours and much more

Activities and Attractions

Scuba Diving, snorkeling,kitesurfing, bike riding,swimming, ceynotes  
and mayan ruins close by
