I have available for rent multiple “Red-Time” weeks at the magnificent

Resorts, The Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta features luxurious, spacious
one-bedroom Grand Suites with a private balcony which sports a mini

beach on Banderas Bay, the beautiful Golf Course designed Jim Lipe,
downtown Puerto Vallarta, and the Sierra Madre Mountains.  

Nuevo Vallarta is located just 15 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta’s
International Airport, and 20 minutes from the historic downtown
Puerto Vallarta. 

All of our spacious resort accommodations include a Jacuzzi or plunge
pool, a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, satellite television,
international direct-dial telephones, hair dryer, iron and ironing
board, electronic security boxes, ceiling fan, and kitchen. There is a
Sun Market store nearby where you can purchase food and drink items
for your Suite.  The Grand Suite (1BR + living-dining room) sleeps up
to four-adult guests plus two children comfortably.

charge.  Laundry services are available at extra cost.

Because of our Profile “A” membership you will be given first
opportunity for room preferences; such as, getting ocean view,
specifying which floor, and getting room near or far from elevator.

The Puerto Vallarta area offers great shopping, eating, sightseeing
(including walking up steep cobblestone streets to Gringo Gulch where
Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor once lived or walking along the
breathtaking seaside boardwalks), and recreational activities that
will expand your imagination.  There are organized tours to ancient
villages in the mountains surrounding the area, to watch Humpback
Whales in their annual migration from Alaska, to snorkel and scuba
dive, to take all-terrain vehicle expeditions to the Mexican outback,
to go on jungle canopy rides, to ride horses, to go sailing, to swim
with the Dolphins, or to journey into the night time “Rhythms of the
Night” venture (at a location made famous by film director John
Huston).   

The most popular activity for most guests is to just relax along the
one-half mile beach under the glistening tropical sun or lay back in
the very large and exclusively private Grand Mayan pool area which
includes drifting along in the tranquil Lazy River, a plummeting down
the Water Slide, catching one the largest Wave Pools in the world, or
just laying back to bask in the sun at your favorite poolside spot and
order drinks or food from the bar.  Guests can also take out Kayaks or
ride the train around the Resort grounds.  Most of these activities
are free to Grand Mayan guests.

You can workout in the state-of-the-art Grand Mayan Gym and Fitness
Center featuring the latest cardio-vascular and strength training
machines plus a full schedule of exercise classes to meet your fitness
goals free of charge.  You also may want to experience a day of
pampering delivered by the Grand Mayan Brio Spa and Body Care
specialists.  Enjoy a massage in one of the custom-built beachside
“Grand Mayan Palapas” or sample a rejuvenating facial, hydrating body
treatment, or invigorating exfoliation.

By day, on-site eateries provide everything from delectable breakfast
and lunch offerings amid the resort’s tropical settings to poolside
snacks and refreshments to augment your fun. After dark, abundant
choices are yours from international bites or “Tapas” and 24-hour room
service, to exquisite dining and nightlife in our restaurants, bars
and billiard lounge at the Disco Cobalto.  There is the all you can
eat breakfast offered at the Café del Lago, fine Italian dining at the
Restaurant Tramonto, poolside eating at the Restaurant Sambia.  This
is not an All Inclusive Resort, so it is pay as you use the eating
facilities.  The Concierge can recommend many fine restaurants in the
area.

For the little ones, Mayamigos Kid’s Club activities are led by our
professional staff, on hand to deliver diverse indoor and outdoor
games, arts & crafts, entertainment, and supervised fun for children.
 There is an extra charge for this service.

Golf aficionados will appreciate the championship course at the Nuevo
Vallarta Golf and Tennis Club. Both avid and weekend players will
enjoy putting their strategies and skills to the test on this 18 hole,
par 71 course designed by Jim Lipe.  As a guest of a Grand Mayan owner
you can access special rates.

For those of you who want to stay connected there is a new internet
studio where you can either use one of the Resorts computers or use
the WI-FI to connect your own laptop.  There is a charge for this
service, but as a guest of a Grand Mayan owner you can get a 50%
discount.
