snorkel set, satellite TV, stereo and full kitchen facilities are 
included. 

Patio provides an unobstructed view of the water and the beach is 
only 20 feet from your door!

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Balance 50% 
payment is due a minimum 2 weeks before departure... can be sent as a 
postdated check when mailing original deposit. Upon receipt of final 
payment, we will mail you a key to the unit which you leave on the 
kitchen table at the time of departure.
