We are located next to the charming fishing village of Zihuatanejo, 
Mexico just ten minutes from the upscale resort area of Ixtapa (to 
the North) and ten minutes from the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo International 
Airport (to the South).

You will enjoy almost 2,000 square feet of luxury living; a 
breathtaking view of Zihuatanejo Bay and the Beaches; TWO Infinity

On a hill above famous La Ropa Beach, our 2-bedroom  2-bathroom 
condo is decorated in a Mexican motif with beautiful tile floors.  
There is a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV,  DVD Player, C/D 
Stereo, washer/dryer, air-conditioning and ceiling fans,  Maid 
service THREE times a week; filtered water throughout the unit; and 
free Wi-Fi (in the condo and in the lobby/pool area).  

Our 600 sq.ft. covered veranda will be your outdoor living room --- 
you’ll enjoy our comfortable furniture, relaxing hammmock, and un-
interrupted panoramic views. 

We also offer this Condo as a "One-Bedroom/One-Bathroom Unit" for 
Two People Only.  

PLEASE:  No Smoking;  No Pets;  No Children under 12.

Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps four 
guests.  If there are only TWO guests, it can be rented as a "one 
bedroom/one bath unit".  The Master Bedroom features a King-Sized 
Bed and French Doors that open to the Veranda and the gentle ocean 
breezes.  The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in glass shower (with 
a view of the Bay) and beautiful Mexican Tile-work.  The Guest 
Bedroom has Two Twin-Beds and a bathroom with walk-in glass shower.

Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen (juicer, blender, 
toaster, microwave; and much more);  there is a washer/dryer in the 
unit; maid-service twice a week; several air-conditioners as well as 
ceiling fans; satellite TV; wireless internet access in the condo 
and in the lobby area; filtered water throughout the unit with 
specially filtered water for drinking; a small gym on the property;  
covered assigned parking; 24-hour security;  Bi-lingual on-site 
management;  and beautiful landscaping.

There are many varied activities:  Tennis, Golf, Fishing, 
Snorkeling, Surfing, Sea-Kayaks, Horse-back Riding, Biking, Para-
sailing, and Sight-seeing are all available.  Or, perhaps you’d 
enjoy a day of pampering at one of the many first-class Spas in the 
area.  Our on-site manager can make arrangements for any of these!
