Alánamar at La Casa Que Ve al Mar lies dead center above the sands of Playa la Ropa, Zihuatanejo 
which still qualifies as the charming little fishing village near Ixtapa as described in the many 
travel books. Downtown (Centro) is walkable in only 15 to 20 minutes depending on the selected route 
or you can hop a bus for 5 pesos and be there in five minutes or less.

Inside Alánamar you find nearly 2,000 Sq Ft of luxury living space comfortably fitted out with two 
King size beds, two large bathrooms with windows and walkin showers, a large gourmet kitchen, full 
dining room with seating for six, a living area with "L" shaped sofa-sectional, occasional chair, 
and entertainment center, and a 600 Sq Ft terrace where you will find seating for six, dining for 
six, a hammock, and an outdoor shower - all beautifully accented with native plants. You can access

Free local telephone service, free DSL service, free bottled water, and free maid service is 
provided for all guests.  

Hundreds of shops offering all of the needed services, food, restaurants, and collectibles line the 
cobble stone streets of "Centro Zihua." Near the end of Playa Principal there is a live fish market 
and a pier where you can take a launch over to Playa las Gatas for the afternoon or up to Isla 
Ixtapa for the day. There is no end to entertainment opportunities in Zihua; you can cover as much 
territory as you have energy or you can just kick back and enjoy a Michalada at a nearby bar-
restaurant. 

Kitchen:  Full oven (yep! some places do not have ovens) glass top range, combo convection/microwave 
oven, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, crock pot, blender, huge 
refrigerator/freezer, and a tea pot. Of course there are plenty of plates, bowls, flatware, glasses 
and plastic glasses for use at the pool.

Bedrooms:  Both bedrooms are fitted out with King size super pillowtop mattresses and all Sea Island 
Georgia 500 thread count cotton sheets for your untimate comfort. Overhead fans will keep you cool 
and refreahed at night but when the heat really sets in there are mini-split a/c units in each of 
the bedrooms to bring some chill.

Bathrooms:  Both bathrooms have large walk in showers with windows overlooking tile roofs, the 
evergreen landscape, and the sea. Each are equipped with rain shower type shower heads and hand 
helds. Back scrubbing brushes and hair dryers are supplied for your pleasure. Of course,  bath 
towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are also provided.

Living Room:  Here there is a large "L" shaped sofa-sectional and a pull up chair all facing the 
entertainment center which is equipped with a 27" TV, DVD player, stereo music system. There is a 
selection of DVDs for your use if you don't want to be bothered bringing your own. An over head fan 
and a 2-ton mini split a/c unit will guarantee your ultimate comfort during the warm seasons.

Terrace:  This 600 Sq Ft area has a sweeping 270° view overlooking Bahia Zihua and the Pacific Ocean 
and is where you will be spending much of your time when you are in "residence." There is dining and 
seating for six + a hammock + an outdoor shower. All of this is meticulously landscaped with native 
flora which is cared for by our gardening staff three times a week.

For your safety and convenience  there is a "whole house" three stage water filtration system, a 
laundry equipped with ironing board & iron, a fire extinguisher, and a front door automatic 
annunciator to alert you to visitors when you are out on the terrace.

There is no end to the activites available in Zihuatanejo. There you will find Jungle tours, 
Shopping until droping, Golf & Tennis, Sea & Lagoon Kayaking, Surfing, Hiking, Parasailing, Sailing, 
Jet skiing, Swimming in one of our two pools or in the ocean, Swimming with Dolphins, 
Snorkeling/Diving, Fishing, Horseback riding, Banana boat riding, working out in our mini gym, just 
to name a few. Maybe you'd better plan to stay an extra week!

umbrellas, and Swim Ways® swim floats.

Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit to be received within seven days; balance is due 30
