to the ocean only to come up 100 yards short. Stay here right on the
oceanfront. The living area and master bedroom have spectacular
oceanfront clear views of the surf and the sound of the ocean pours
into the villa. Marble floors, upscale furnishings and true home
theater electronics adorn the villa and enhance your vacation
experience.

Enter our home through the 2 car garage with laundry facilities into
a private, lushly planted courtyard. Take your morning coffee on any
of the three terraces directly in front of the world class K-38
private, uncrowded surf break. Watch for the passing dolphins and
seasonal whales. Let the crash of the surf lull you to sleep on the
comfortable double pillow topped queen beds, or enjoy the romance of
the fireplace in the master bedroom while watching a movie in your
room. Enjoy oceanfront dining with the Webber grill and quality
patio furniture, or entertain in the dining room. We provide
culinary quality cutlery, dishes, glasses and cookware in a kitchen
to please any chef. Bring your CD’s, MP3’s or DVD’s for the
stereo/TV. You will find videos and books to enjoy. When the surf is
flat or between tennis matches play ping pong and darts in the
garage equipped with its own rockin' stereo system.

Each bedroom has a private bath, stocked with towels, 300ct linens,
hand soap and body wash. Please bring your own beach towels
