our guests can enjoy the beauty of one of Mexico’s finest beaches. 
Ocean views, from both the living room and patio terrace, encompass 
a spectacular sight of the historical Coronado Islands. Exquisitely 
decorated in traditional Spanish motif throughout, this ocean 
retreat comes with vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and a 
beautifully upgraded kitchen of stainless steel appliances and 
granite countertops. For our guests’ convenience, both washer and 
dryer are also included within the unit.

Built above the sands of Playa Blanca, this condominium complex 
offers guests an outdoor commons area beautifully landscaped with 
grass and flowers. This area provides access to the beach, ocean 
front swimming pool, Jacuzzi, exercise facility, lounge, separate 
men and women bathrooms, an indoor sauna, indoor/outdoor showers, 
and a pavilion patio. The patio area offers barbeques, tables and 
chairs for guest use. 

Within the condominium, amenities include a Plasma TV, surround 
sound, satellite dish, DVD player, CD player and integrated stereo 
system in the Living Room. Each bedroom comes carpeted and has its 
own 27-inch TV and DVD player.  The Master suite, with private bath, 
includes a luxurious California King-size bed, spacious closet, and 
ocean view. The guest bedroom contains 2 queen size beds and large 
closet.  

The terrace, which over-looks the ocean, provides a stainless steel 
propane barbeque and bistro table, appropriate for intimate dinning. 

Besides the available ocean activities of swimming, surfing and 
boogie boarding, guests are welcome to swim in the pool, relax in 
the Jacuzzi, welcome a Sauna, ride ATV’s, horseback ride along the 
sand, or simply stroll along the white sandy beaches of Playa 
Blanca.  Guests may also ride their ATV’s or horses in the 
surrounding hills where they are available for rent in nearby 
Rosarito.  Numerous restaurants from McDonalds to relaxed dining, 
and an abundance of shopping opportunities, from Mexican crafts to 
fine antiques, can conveniently be found in this active city on the 
beach.  Readily available are local gas stations, food markets, 
pharmacies, and convenience stores.  As a special treat, take a 
short drive down the beautiful Baja Coast to the city of Puerto 
Nuevo and enjoy one of their famous lobster dinners.
