2 double beds and the other one with 1 double bed. 2.5 bathrooms. The 
living room is designed to sleep 2 more people. Full kitchen with microwave oven and brand new 
fridge, dining rooom, satelite t.v. and ceilling fans.
Is comfortable for up to 10 people.
According to your needs and number of people you can have for rent the other house which is normally 
occuppied by the owner: 
It has 2 bedrooms, one with King Size bed and a sofa-coach, satelite t.v. and splendid sea view. The 
other bedroom has two double beds, 2.5 bathrooms. The living room is designed to sleep 
another 2 people. Full kitchen, dining room and ceilling fans.

There is one parking space.
The house is very near to the golf and tennis courts. 5 minute 
walking distance from the beach and commercial area 
with hotels, restaurants, night clubs, and all amenities.
The house is elegantly furnished in prime conditions: the 
maintenance is done daily by a couple that lives in the back of the 
house. Omar takes care of the pool and garden while Nelly makes the 
cleaning every day, and for an extra charge they can help you to cook 
and other services.

The house counts with pool, garden, hamacas, balconies, sunbathing 
beds, a spacious "terraza" for parties, satellite television, and more...
Inside the house you can find a very well equipped kitchen, living 
room, dinning room, balconies and other confortable stuff.
Regarding to housekeeping you can arrange the maid to help you with 
cooking. The cleaning service is already included.

Golf and Mini-Golf ; Tennis court; Biking: you 
can rent bicycles and use the special road  (6 miles) ciclopista for
bikes  and 
skaterollers; cinema; swim with dolphins; sailing; boating; night 
clubs; easy going to the beach; skiing in water; parachuting; Scuba

dives and excursions to stalactites and stalagmites caves. Not to 
mention hundreds of stores with beautilful beach clothes and stuff to
