Vacation Rental Description

Large ocean-front property with 500 feet of private beach.  Our  
house is a converted hennequen warehouse which was the shipping  
point for Sisal plantation products.  The old buildings have been  
lovingly restored and furnished with antiques.  We have an attached  
terrace from which you can enjoy a garden full of coconut trees, sea  
grapes, pine trees, etc.  The ocean is very safe for swimming and  
the beachcombers among you will marvel at the white sands and  
plentiful shells.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The main house if fully furnished and has three bedrooms, three  
bathrooms, a playroom with satellite television.  An ample dining  
room that seats 12 people and a living room with an ocean view.  We  
have a modern kitchen equipped with fridge, freezers, microwave and  
electric ovens, stoves, coffee makers and cooking utensils are  
included.  (Mention dishes) Upstairs, the master bedroom affords a  
magnificent view of the ocean and comes with queen-sized bed, on the  
main floor the two other bedrooms with two single beds each. Also in  
the property we have two bungalows which will afford privacy for  
your guests. One bungalow has a king-sized bed and the other has two queen size beds. 
double beds - both have private bathrooms.  The sea breezes keep the  
houses cool, nonetheless we have fans throughout.  We also include  
the use of towels and sheets.  Close to the water’s edge we have  
built a beautiful palapa where we hang our hammocks and have a table  
to snack if we wish. We have a caretaker on the premises who can  
help you to make any arrangements you might need. We also have a  
beautifull filltered swiming pool. We also have fast internet.

Activities and Attractions

We are located 45 minutes from Merida, Yucatan, and 1 1/2 miles from  
the fishing village of Telchac where you can rent small boats to  
take you fishing or spear fishing.  It will take approximately 10  
minutes to arrive at the Mayan ruins of Xcambo and another 20  
minutes to the port of Progreso which is the main port of Yucatan.  
Chichen Itza is 11/2 hours away as is Uxmal.  In the village of  
Telchac you will find small restaurants, a bakery, and a corner  
store where you can purchase supplies.  We recommend the rental of a  
car to truly enjoy this area.

Vacation Rental Rates

September to June  - 1,000.00 weekly for main house  and 1,500.00 us. for main house and bungalows.  
$3,000.00 USD monthly for the main house  
and  
$3,500.00 for main house and bungalows.  
 
Holy Week y Easter vacation - $ 2,000.00  weekly for main house and  
bungalows.  
 
Xmas week $2,000.00  us dollars 
New Year week $ 2,000.00  us dollars. 
 
Extra night $ 150.00 extra night. 
 
The deposit it is non refundable. 
 
The house is cleaned twice a week which is included in the price.   
If you let us know in advance we can provide you with a cook for  
$150.00 USD extra a week.
