The Villas Nizuc is located in the hotel zone in beautiful Cancun. 
The airport is 15 minutes away, while the center of Cancun is about 
10 minutes away. There are 30 villas located in the complex with 24 
hour security. The pool is located directly in front of the villa 
with the beach just steps away. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor 
has a picture perfect view of the ocean. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms each with their 
own bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and has a ocean view. 
The other bedroom has two twin beds with a view of the lagoon. The 
ground floor has one bedroom with a full size bed and full bathroom, 
a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a 1/2 
bathroom. Wireless internet access. The villa has been recently 
remodeled. This is a family-oriented villa complex. Please obey 
the rules and regulations of the villa.

There are many archeological sites. Shopping from the locals or 
shopping at one of the new malls with name brand stores. There is a 
water park for the kids and golf near by. You can rent scooters and 
wave runners. There are plenty of bars and resturants. You can go 
snorkling or diving. There are deep see fishing charters.

High season from Jan 2nd thru Aug 31st is 2500.00 US per week
Dec 1st to Dec 14th is 2500.00 US per week
