Casa Van Ness is a newer condo located in Playacar, a luxurious
gated community adjacent to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Playa Del
Carmen is 40 minutes South of Cancun. Playacar is centrally located
so you can easily visit Xcaret, Xel-ha, Coba, Tulum and many other
attractions! Casa Van Ness is only a few minutes away from the
beach, downtown Playa and the beautiful Playacar Golf Course.

With so much to see and do in the Riviera Maya, Playacar is the
perfect place to stay! We are very close to Chedraux (local grocery
store, similiar to Super Target),Sam's Club and a few minute drive
to the new Super Walmart & Mega! Playa has a new theatre (across
from Sam's Club), it's nicer than our AMC 24 Theatres!

Casa Van Ness is on the 1st floor so you can walk out from the patio
directly to the pool/commons area, great for kids!

Casa Van Ness' 1st bedroom has a queen bed, with a large closet with
hangers & shelving, 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed with a double bed,
twin bed and a double mattress under the bunkbed. You will also
find a large closet with shelving. You also have 2 full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee
maker, blender, oven, lots of pots & pans, and anything else you
would need to cook!

Casa Van Ness also has:

great condition.

$500-$800 per week, last minute specials are available, discounted
rates for long term. We have great references, some repeat guests!
