Vacation Rental Description:

Our unit at the Paraiso Costa Bonita is a newly constructed luxury beachfront
condominium of $2,000
sq ft of enclosed living space and 1000 sq ft of terraces. This 10 acre gated
condominium resort is
located right on the beach on the Northern-Shore area, adjacent to the Torres
Mazatlan Resort. It is
in a quieter upscale neighborhood called 'New' Mazatlan, on the ocean front
sandy beach north of the
Marina in Mazatlan. You will enjoy seeing more than 15 miles of the ocean,
watching the waves, the
birds swooping down to pick up fish from the water, and the boats sailing
by. Set your eyes closer,
you are within a stone throw distance from the water at the beach where the
birds and the beach
activities create your favorite pass- time.

No smoking is allowed inside the condo and no pets allowed. Smoking is
allowed ONLY on the very
spacious terraces away from the patio doors. As the owner is allergic to
smoke residue, smokers will
be required to strictly comply with this rule.

The 2.5 bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Description:

24/7 secured gated condo complex. 4-zone central air-conditioning. Off street
parking, FOB
controlled main elevator leading to private foyer. More than 9 ft high
ceiling with upscale finish.
Luxuriously decorated with granite, porcelain tiles and marble; mood and
feature lighting fixtures.
We cater to families. Our master bedroom ensuite has both a Jacuzzi tub and a
walk-in shower. The
other bedroom have a nice walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds
arranged in a trundle
bed. There is a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. High quality beds and
mattresses are for
excellent support and comfort. Total block-out curtains and draperies for
your sleeping-in.

It is furnished with leather sofa, loveseats, chair and two recliners. Living
& dining room and
snack counter area have custom made wood and marble furniture. All towels,
including beach towels,
are provided. Full size washer and dryer with detergent provided in the
ensuite laundry room. Hair
dryer is provided.

Cable and LCD TVs, all-zone DVD player, CD, iPod player integrated to the
stereo amplifier system full gourmet
kitchen with five stainless steel appliances, including convection oven, a
dish washer and a full
size microwave oven. The kitchen is stocked with complete cook utensils and
all the accouterments
needed for your culinary pleasure. The refrigerator has automatic ice-maker
from filtered water.

Enjoy the very spacious west terraces facing the beach and the ocean for sun-
bathing and outdoor
activities with privacy. They are accessed from the living room, dining room
and master bedroom. Set
your eyes to the unbelievable view of the ocean, beach and pool. For those
shade lovers, you may
want to relax in the shaded area of our patio next to the terrace. Read your
favorite books in the
comfort of our rattan furniture and the loungers. The sunsets are so
spectacularly beautiful that
you will not want to miss it evening after evening.

A local cell phone is conveniently provided for your use. Complimentary
wireless highspeed
internet access is in the condo 24/7, so bring your laptop & SKYPE your
contacts.

Relax in the indoor/outdoor pool & the big screen TV lounge area. Or just sip
your favorite beverage
at our Palapa and the shaded palapas near the beach which give you the choice
of sun or shade. Soak
in the massaging warmth of the the large glass surrounded open air Jacuzzi
hot tub, swim in the
(resistance option) indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, relax in the steam
sauna and dry sauna.

As the guests of an owner, you can enjoy a very discounted food and bar bill
for snacks, soda and
alcoholic beverages. Meaning, sodas are 60 cents, mixed and blended drinks
are $1.90, Corona beers
are $1.00, while a bottle of good wine is $8.00. There is a great menu of
freshly prepared meals &
snacks. You can enjoy all of these just by the swimming pool.

Paraiso Costa Bonita is located near the Marina and the Golden Zone where
businesses, restaurants,
bars and discos are located. Transportation is very reasonable at about $5
for a cab or open-air
taxi ride or a .50 bus ride. The bus system is simple and convenient to use.
There are several good
restaurants within walking distance along the sandy beach.

If your choice is more adventuresome, hop a bus just outside the gates of our
private property or
take a Pulmonia (golf cart taxi) and ride the 5-10 minutes into the Golden
Zone, shop, people watch,
walk the beach, enjoy the Mexican/Italian/American/Seafood offered at one of
the many restaurants.
You have so many choices. Walk the Malecon, visit the Historic sites and take
in all the Mexican
Flair Mazatlan offers. See the Central Market, the Plazuela Machado, see a
show at the award winning
Angela Pealta Theatre, Museums, Aquarium, Art Museum, or walk up the steps to
the Light House.
Golfing, snorkeling & deep sea fishing for your trophy fish.

For regular grocery and other shopping, there are choices like Wal-Mart,
Soriana. Mega, Ley and the
Sam's Club. All Bookings in Costa Bonita Paraiso must be for a 2 week
minimum. This 5-Star luxury
condominium resort is available for much less than that of a hotel room of
similar quality. We are
pleased to offer our vacation home for those who want the very best. We look

Larry, you told me that your place was perfect for a second honeymoon, and
you were so right! Even though it was just my husband and I for most of the
vacation, it was nice to have the extra room for when our Best Man and Maid
of honor came to spend 4 days to help us celebrate our 20th anniversary.
Your place is beautiful, in a fantastic complex! The staff are perfect and
make you feel so at home. This is now our favorite place in Mazatlan, and we
will never stay in a hotel again.

04/09/08 Positive We stayed at 104A for 1 month. It truly was one of
the best holidays we have ever had. The condo was extremely well equipped
with towels, bedding, baking and cooking utensils. It even had some spices,
coffee to get us started and cleaning supplies. The condo itself was
beautiful - what a wonderful view of the ocean. Linda, the woman in charge of
the condo was extremely helpful. The coffee pot broke down while we were
there. Within 3 hours it had been replaced. We also found the other people at
the complex, whether owners or renters, to be friendly and helpful. Would we
go back? In a heartbeat...

01/02/08 Positive What a wonderful condo...total luxury!! Spacious
enough for 6 but perfect for 2. EVERYTHING you could need is provided,
including a gourmet kitchen, huge, fluffy towels and beach towels, super
comfy mattresses. The decor is elegant. The Pariso is the best of the best.
You are right on the ocean and can enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, an
exercise room, palupas with chaise lounges on the beach, and fabulous
breakfasts and lunches at the outdoor restaurant for very reasonable prices.
You are about 15 minutes from downtown by bus or local open air taxis if you
want to shop or visit downtown restaurants. But you are just far enough north
to be away from the crowds and be able to enjoy the beach in almost total
privacy. And there are wonderful restaurants on either side of the
Pariso...just a quick walk on the beach.. for great dinners. We spent 3 weeks
in November 2007 at Larry's and will be there 3 more in February 2008. We
have stayed other places in past years but from now on this will be
our "home" when in Mazatlan. Thanks Larry for all your correspondence and

in 104A Pariso Bonita. It just doesn't get any better than this!!

great time. your place was so comfortable and so convenient. mazatlan was a
blast and so relaxing. thanks for letting us know about the great things to
do around the area. we had fun shopping, snorkeling, fishing etc. the

08/16/07 Positive We stayed at Costa Bonita Paraiso #104A during the
first week of August 2007 for our honeymoon. The overall experience was
excellent.

The facilities are still under construction, and so some amenities were not
yet available. However, the indoor and outdoor pool were fantastic. We loved
the "virtual pool," because it feels like you are in the ocean! The palapa
huts with drinks are also available, and the prices are very good compared to
surrounding restaurants. The resort is right on the beach, and sunsets were
amazing.

The condo itself is truly a paradise. We honestly had no complaints about the
place. It’s very luxurious, and although we had it to ourselves, it could
have comfortably fit at least two couples or small families. The ocean view
was breathtaking.

The property owner was very flexible with us and communicated with us
promptly whenever we had questions.

Mazatlan is a beautiful place. The historic center and Zona Dorada areas are
easily accessible by a (30-45 minute) bus ride, which is very cheap, or by
taxi, which costs under US$10.00 each way. If you are looking to be in the
middle of city life, then Costa Bonita Paraiso is a little far off the path.
However, it is excellent if you want to get away from the noise and crowds
and don’t mind a 30-45 minute trip into town for stores and restaurants.

We have no hesitation recommending this condo to anyone. Feel free to contact
