Each of three stunning oceanfront villas include; airport pick-up, daily maid service, on-site cook, 
AC, 4 superb suites, 5 plus bathrooms, ocean view kitchen & living room, seated dining for 12, 
indoor & outdoor bar, tropical gardens, private outdoor terrace & palapa BBQ area next to a truly 
infinite infinity pool that flows into the Pacific. There are two beaches within close walking 
distance (200 meters), one is very secluded and the other filled with seafood restaurants and clear 
blue water perfect for snorkeling. Las Palmas Villas are located near the Santa Cruz Marina and 
shopping boardwalk.

Each Villa is staffed with a maid and a grounds keeper. Our bilingual administrator drops by twice a 
week to help with any accommodation or translation issues. If you wish to have prepared meals, 
planned excursions, private massage, restaurant reservations, local information, etc. we will be 
happy to assist with the arrangements.
