Beautiful and comfortable two story house located right on the beach 
on the Gulf of Mexico. Only 1 mile away from Chicxulub and 20 miles 
away from Merida, you will find this relaxing spot to enjoy your 
vacation in a place with great weather and peace and quiet all 
around.

The house is very spacious throughout, it has a great terrace at 
the front for you to enjoy the breeze all day long and to have an 
spectacular view of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. It is also 
great for BBQs. Swimming pool. Take pleasure by walking on the 
beach, the area is very safe. Little grocery stores are within 
walking distance. 

In Progreso you will find many restaurants, cyber coffees, american 
style supermarket, banks, ATMs, hospital, practically anything you 
might need during your stay. In Merida you will find many of the 
goods you see in the US or Canada, in stores like Walmart, Sam´s, 
Costco, big department stores, etc. There are many restaurants, 
movie theaters, night clubs, etc. where you can find entertainment, 
that is if you wish to leave the relaxing ambiance of Chicxulb.

How to get here: it is usually cheaper to fly into Cancun and rent a 
car and drive over here. Another option is to fly into Merida 
(flights from Miami, Houston and Mexico City are very convenient). 
Having a car will make your stay much more comfortable.

Chencho and Leti are the caretakers and they clean the house and

Prices include all taxes and utilities. There are no extra charges 
other than specified here.

An advance payment of 50% of the total rental rate is needed to book 
the house. The rest is due upon arrival.

Up to medium sized pets are accepted. A $500 USD damage deposit, 
refundable upon departure, is required.

If you wish the caretakers to cook for you, it has an additional 
cost of $90 USD a week. Please inquire.
