Deposit Policy: We require a small deposit of USD 350 for confirm your booking .

Full payment is required prior 15 days to arrival as well as a USD 500 security 
deposit , that will be refunded ASAP , after checking up the inventory and leaving the villa without 
damages. 

Cancellations  15 days prior to arival will be charged with 15 %
