     All sorts of activities are available, such as GOLF, FISHING, 
SURFING, CANOPY, WHALE WATCHING, ETC. We can provide you with 
all the information needed to have a wonderful experience in 
Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta.

Our rates (USD)for 2008 and cancellation policy:

Low Season   May/01 - Oct/14    $  975.00 p/week or $ 2,500 month

High Season  Oct/15 - Apr/30    $ 1,400.00 p/week or $ 3,500 Month

Christmas, New Year´s, Easter weeks:  $ 1,950.00 p/week

Normal weekly rates include 1 mid-stay maid cleaning service, 
additional maid service is available at $25 usd each.
IVA tax is not included in rates.
Electricity usage bill is NOT included in monthly rates during May 
through Oct stays (average electricity bill using 2 a/c 
units 10 hours per day runs approx. $200 usd per month).

We can place a 7 day hold on your reservation until your deposit 
arrives (subject to availability), after this hold period expires a 
50% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit equal to 1 night´s rate (when rented weekly)or 1 
week´s rate (when rented monthly), is required with final 
payment, and is returned within 7 days of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1.- There is a one night, per-week-rented, non-refundable 
cancellation fee. 
2.- In case the cancellation is made 31 or more days  prior to 
arrival  a full refund will be extended only if  we are able to re-
rent the casa for the exact dates of your reservation, non-
refundable cancellation fees will apply. 
3.- We are sorry, there is no refund for cancellations made 30 days 
or less prior to your arrival.
