from San Miguel, the heart of Cozumel's nightlife yet nestled away
in the beautiful Corpus Christi neighborhood of Cozumel's finest
homes. The best of snorkeling and beachside activities is a walk
under the palms away ! Accommodating comfortably 4-5 persons in each
spacious 2 bedroom villa floorplans, all surrounding our beautiful
new Pool & lush tropical gardens. Designed for the first time
visitor to this wonderful Island or for veteran repeat travelers,

Villas offer ground floor or penthouse level, poolside
accommodations in a private secure entry thru palmed shaded lush
gardens. Security system, central a/c, Cable TV, refrigerator,
microwave, fresh drinking water, coffee maker w/ complimentary
coffee, blender, utensils,housekeeping, built-in hairdryers.
Bedrooms offer queen or king bed & 2 twin beds; large baths and
plenty of closet space. On-site dependable housekeeping services 2-
3 times per week included; garden rinse area for gear. Local
manager on call as well. Snorkeling and beach one block away;
Chedruai shopping center 2 blocks away offers full grocery/shopping
amenities, movie theatre, restaurants. Oceanside walk to town
square, nightlife and all shopping or short taxi ride. Corner lot
location offers plenty of parking for rental cars.

included in our quotes along with housekeeping. Villa/dive packages
are also available starting from $249 usd pp for 3 nights villa with
2 days of diving! Discounts for larger groups & extended stays; all
villa quotes are customized to fit your vacation needs as to views,
