Villa Delfines is located in the town of Emiliano Zapata, Punta de 
Mita. Our Villa was built in 2003 and it has over 3,000 sq. ft. of 
living space. We have made Punta Mita our family vacation spot and 
second home because of the beauty it has to offer. We have traveled 
throughout Mexico and have found Punta de Mita as a very original 
place. 

In Punta de Mita you will find from the small village atmosphere to 
very luxuries hotels and condominiums. The beaches in Punta de Mita 
vary from white sand to very course brown sand, the beach by Villa 
Delfines is about 500 ft., 5 min. walking distance. 

The Main Villa consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, 
living room, full kitchen, covered patio, two car garage. 

The Casita's next to the Villa consist of a bedroom, full 
bathroom, kitchen with bar and living room.  

The pool is located in a common area for all of our guest, a small 
portable grill is located in the pool area. 

Villa Delfines is located in a very beautiful area with awesome
ocean views, mountains and jungles. Punta Mita is such a beautiful
area that the Four Season Resort is established here and expanding. 

Puerto Vallarta is about 45 min. away
Puerto Vallarta International Airport is about 40 min. away 
Nuevo Vallarta are about 35 min. away

The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator
utensils, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker.

The interior is beautifully furnished with Mexican style furniture.
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, TV with SKY cable and  
DVD player for your entertainment.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub, guest 
bedroom has a queen size bed. 

Living room opens onto a private patio, Dine outdoors under the
covered patio or just relax and have your morning coffee.

The Casitas face the pool area, these casitas offer a affordable and 
clean accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children. Each casita has a 
full size bed, fully equipped kitchen with efficiency stove, half 
refrigerator, small appliances and utensils. It is decorated with 
beautiful hand-painted Mexican tile.

Villa    $850 USD per week/$125 per night 3 days minimum. 
Casita   $325 USD per week/$50  per night 3 days minimum.

June to August
Villa    $1,200 USD per week/$175 per night 3 days minimum.
Casita   $465   USD per week/$70  per night 3 days minimum.

September to December
Villa    $1,025 USD per week/$150 per night 3 days minimum. 
Casita   $400   USD per week/$60  per night 3 days minimum.

Christmas/New Years 12/18/06 to 01/07/07 and Semana Santa 
Villa    $1,305 USD per week/$190 per night 3 days minimum.
Casitas  $500   USD per week/$75  per night 3 days minimum.

A 50% Deposit will hold your reservation, with the balance
due 15 days prior to your arrival, balance due 30 days prior to
your arrival during holiday dates. 

Refund available if cancellation is done 15 days prior of arrival
