The Plantation House is unique to Playa del Carmen. Quietly located
between the chic
area of Playa's famous 5th Ave. and famous white sandy beaches only
one block from
each. It's style Inspired by the grand Caribbean Island estates.
Boasting abundant,
large openings dressed with adjustable white shutters and decorative
fret work, which
lets that cool sea breeze flow in. Together with the antique patterned
floor, the
Plantation House will take you back to the Victorian era.
The penthouse we are featuring, has been called one of Playa's most
charming sea
view suites. The ocean view can be enjoyed from every room. Watch
the boats pass
by while you breakfast in bed or walk out to a large private roof
terrace, where you
may lounge in a chair or take a refreshing outdoor shower!
The creators and managers of the Plantation House, a Canadian and
French Couple
are residing in the edifice and are always happy to accommodate their
guests.

The owners have taken care to create a relaxing decor. Apart from
providing such
items as a washer, air conditioning, cable t.v. and C.D. player,
attention was given to
the quality of linens and towels etc. to make your experience here a
real treat.

A fully equipped kitchen provides a refrigerator, stove top,
microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, cookware, dishes, flatware and wine glasses. Bottled water is
also included.

There is housekeeping service twice weekly.

Free High speed wireless internet

A sofa bed in the living area can expand the number of quests from two
to four.

In our beautiful tropical courtyard there is a small pool where you
can take a dip, or
sit in the half moon bench and flick those jacuzzi jets on for a
little hydro massage.

Speaking of massage, we also have a professional masseuse who offers
her services
in your suite, at much better rates then you will find at the local spas.

you can relax,
safely swim, hire deep sea fishing boats, scuba dive, snorkel,

Around the other corner on Fifth avenue you will find an international

interesting shops, spas, cafes and restaurants.

In town you can play on a beautifully groomed golf coarse, a short
drive out side of
town will take you to Mayan Ruins and under water caves.
