Villa Caballitos is a spectacular vacation home which was carefully
and meticulously designed to maximize every renter's comfort,
convenience and privacy. There are 5 bedrooms, each with it's own
private bathroom.

It is decorated and furnished in traditional Mexican rustic
furniture and the tropical decor includes decorator window
treatments, specially cushioned beds, original art work, local
crafts plus talavera and terra cotta pottery.

The courtyard area outside is a true delight. There is a large,
natural rock fountain and waterfall that pours into a free-form
swimming pool completely lined with ceramic tile. Surrounded by a
privacy fence, the courtyard has lounge chairs for sunning, a palapa
covered patio with a table and chairs plus a gas BBQ grill and food
preparation area with a sink.

There are bougainvilleas and other tropical plants plus outdoor
lighting so you can enjoy the courtyard in the evening. Scuba divers
will enjoy the separate covered area with a large rinse tank and
drying station.

The location is excellent. While Villas Caballitos is in a
residential area called Corpus Cristi and on a very quiet street, it
is only the 4th street from the ocean, just inland from Plaza Las
Glorias hotel. It's a short walk to the water and even a shorter
walk (3 blocks) to the big new Chedraui mini mall with grocery
shopping, bakery, pharmacy, deli, liquor and a handy ATM machine as
well as new modern movie theater, and even a new bowling alley.
There are a number of good restaurants within a few blocks, and the
main square downtown that is surrounded with shops and restaurants
is also within walking distance, only about 10 blocks away.

Air conditioning with remote controls in every room, ceiling fans
throughout, private swimming pool with natural rock fountain, large
patio area and poolside palapa, cushioned chaisse lounges and other
outdoor furniture, gas BBQ grill with food preparation area and
sink, secure dive rinse tank and drying/storage station. There are
2 living rooms, each with internet access for your laptop, reading &
video libraries, small safes with a programmable digital lock,
phones for local calls. There are 2 kitchens, each completely
equipped with with microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, coffeemaker,
dishes, glasses, flatware and cooking utensils. All linens and
towels are provided, including beach towels, daily maid service. 2 washers & dryers
for guest use in the evenings.

For up to 10 people: $2417/wk Jan-Apr, $2112/wk May-Aug, $1905/wk
Sept-mid Dec.
Add on $75/wk for an additional (11th) person.
Maximum occupancy is 11 people, including children and infants.
Rates do not include 12% Local fes or the refundable $300 security
deposit.
