condominium complex of Las Olas (28 th and 1st avenue)
consisting of only 24 units. It is located just a few steps from
Mamita's and Kool beach club which are the most beautiful and
popular beaches
in Playa del Carmen. You will find everything you
need to have the perfect beach day… beach clubs with swimming pools,
restaurants and bars, lounge chairs, water sports and a dive shop.
Our condo Unit:
All rooms have ceiling fans, and are fully air conditioned. Not only
is Condo del Sol Condominium conveniently located near the beach, it
is also only a few steps from famous 5th Avenue. Known by locals
as La Quinta Avenida, you will enjoy strolling along this
cobblestone pedestrian walkway where you will find great shopping
including hand crafts, delicately embroidered clothing, hammocks,
fabulous jewelry and an endless array of fine restaurants and fun
bars. It is also only a 10 minutes walk to 2 huge Superstores
(Mega and Wal-Mart).

Romantic dining, beachside cafés and all the exciting nightlife make

condo rental amenities

Master bedroom – 1 King size bed, extra large wall mirror, closet,
2 bolted security boxes (1 for documents and money, other for
laptops). Direct access to bath, Bathroom may or may not be shared as
you wish.

Guest Bedroom - 2 single beds (can be put together to make 1 king),
closet, direct access to private bath.

Living Room - sofa that could pull-out to be an extra bed for 2.
T.V. with Sky satellite service. DVD player with a small collection
of movies (approx 30).

Dining Room - Round glass table can accommodate 6. 2 breakfast
bar stools.

Kitchen - fully equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator,
microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, water purified system for
washing fruits and vegetables, blender, etc....

Laundry Room - washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.

Private terrace - Folding table with bar stools and hammock hooks

Private parking directly in front of condo

Wireless Internet Access ---Included free of charge------------

3 Zone Central AC (Each bedroom and the living area are controlled
individually) Ceiling fans in all rooms, Bath linens and beach
towels.

Maid services … Before and after your stay. Also available during
your stay.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Our air conditioning units and fans are being cleaned regularly in
order to Improve Indoor Air Quality and reduce unhealthy indoor air
pollutants, such as dust, mold and pollen.

We also do a complete check of each unit at a regular basis to make
sure that there is no mold in the condo.

Also included:4 easy to carry beach chairs with a parasol and a
small cooler. The 2 beach clubs also rents long chairs with palapas
(parasol)at a very decent rate (about $2.00 us per day for each).
