bathroom. The capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years 
old.
- All of our rooms have A.C., heaters, and hot water. 

The condos have a full kitchen.

Guests at Las Casitas will have exclusive patios, swimming pool, 
tennis court, and basketball court.

The beach is four blocks from Las Casitas and the Condos.

Spectacular sunsets, unspoiled natural surroundings, but at the same 
time, close to San Felipe’s night life and restaurants.

Policies:

Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations. All 
cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. In addition, 
reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time (Baja Pacific Time) 
seven days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to 
charges for one night's stay on weeknights and a two night minimum 
stay on weekends. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation 
will be charged for your complete stay seven days prior to your 
arrival. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Please 
note that the weekend rate will apply on certain weeknight holidays 
and special events.

capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.

Villas Deluxe 1 Bedroom Condo
Deluxe Condominiums have fully equipped kitchens, tile floors, and 
are fully furnished. One bedroom units have 1.5 bathrooms. Each has 
a King Size bed. Living rooms have futons or inflatable mattresses 
for additional guests. Maximum 4 people per unit. 
Non-smoking, Kitchen in unit, Pets Not Allowed in Unit.

Villas Standard 2 Bedroom Condo
Standard 2 bedroom condos feature an upper level living area with 
views of the Sea of Cortez and the nearby mountains. The Kitchen has 
a stove or hotplate, a refrigerator, and service for 6. The living 
area will sleep extra people on the couch, or futons.Both bedrooms 
are on the first level; one having a king bed and the other two twin 
beds. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level. Maximum 6 
people. 
Non-smoking, Kitchen in unit, Balcony, Pets Not Allowed in Unit.
