Vacation Rental Description

Playa Selva is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tulum with a  
garden composed of large trees (coconuts...). 
We`re located between Tita Tulum and Nueva Vida de Ramiro. 8km from the village Tulum and 3km from  
the Biosphere Sian K`aan. 
 
House for 2-4 people: 
Beautiful 2 stories house located right on the beach and surrounded  
by trees. 
Ground floor: Living room (with sofa sleeps 1) with full equipped kitchen  
(no fridge but a big cooler with new ice blocks every other day). Bathroom  
with shower and hot water. 
First floor: Bedroom with kingsize bed and sofa bed, plus a new terrace  
between the bedroom and the beach.  
 
Wooden cabaña for 2-4 people:  
Two floor Mayan cabaña located directly on the beach.  
Downstairs; queensize bed, bathroom.  
Upstairs matrimonial bed.  
Beautiful outdoor kitchen (no fridge but a big cooler and new ice blocks  
every other day) in the back for commun use.

beach. Rental places are nearby. 
We offer exclusive tours to the Biosphere Sian K'aan and Cenotes. 
 
There are a number of great restaurants located within walking distance: Try Tita Tulum, Esmeralda  
K, Ocho Tulum, Zamas, Maya Tulum, Zebra, Casa Banana... - all are close.

Vacation Rental Rates

Prices 2008/ 2009: 
 
High season (Dec to May):          House:  1800.- usd per week  
                                   Cabaña: 1300.- usd per week  
 
Middle season (May,July,August):   House:  1600.- usd per week 
                                   Cabaña: 1100.- usd per week 
 
Low season prices (June,Sept-Dec): House:  1400.- usd per week  
                                   Cabaña:  900.- usd per week. 
 
Christmas / New Years Week:        House:  2500.- usd per week 
                                   Cabaña: 1800.- usd per week 
 
Payment methods: Bankwire, Western Union, Paypal (+ 4% taxes).  
                 We charge 50% by reservation and the other 50% one month before renting.
