1,700 square foot Tennis Villa comes fully furnished, with main
floor patio, and 2nd floor balcony. Each bedroom has access to a
private bathroom. 2 BR, 2 full baths with King in Master BR, twin
beds in 2nd BR (which push together as a King) Situated a short 5
min walk immediately to the right as you come into the secured El
Cid Golf Course. The view from the patio reflects a beautiful sunset
with the skyline of the Golden Zone as a backdrop.

Tri-weekly maid service is included. The swimming pool is located 15
steps just left out the patio door (this is only available to the
small number of villa owners and their renters). The fully furnished
kitchen facilities include microwave, blender, and toaster. Direct
TV with an extensive (over 75) video library, stereo CD player, and
local telephone (long distance is charged back to renter). Internet
capability is also available. Although only a short 5 min walk to
the beach, a free shuttle service runs through the golf course and
to the 3 El Cid Hotels on the beach in the Golden Zone.

In addition to golf, it is only a short 5 minute walk to the beach
and the Golden Zone where you can enjoy the shops, beachfront hotels
and nightlife. Ocean activities are readily available for enjoyment:
swimming, beach volleyball, horseback riding, surfing, sailing,
fishing, and lots more. Various tours are available.

Rates vary from $80 to $100 per night depending on season and
length of stay. $250 non-refundable deposit per week required to hold
dates. High season runs from Thanksgiving through April. Contact us
to verify availability and price. Rates may increase upon cancellation if
rebooking doesn’t occur.
