directly on the beach with a private pool, jacuzzi and tennis court, all located in a gated 
seven home community. 

The Villa includes: 3 Bedrooms @AC, 3 1/2 baths, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Telephone, 
Highspeed Internet, Jacuzzi, 24 Meter Lap Pool, PrivateTennis Court, Washer & Dryer, Large 
Kitchen, Patio with Gas Grill,  Daily Maid and Cook (Except Sundays), Yardman, Nite 
Watchman.
The Casita (Guest house) includes: 1 Bedroom and Bathroom with 2 Queensize Beds, Fully 
Equipped Kitchen, and  TV.
