Brand new home with private pool located 1 block from the beach & ocean.  2 blocks from the harbor & 
boardwalk and 3 blocks from the middle of town (bank, market,restaurants, shops and town square 
etc).

The house is 3 bedroom (2 master and 1 guest). 1 king bed, 1 queen bed in the master rooms. 1 twin 
and 1 queen in guest. Also a sleeper coach and role away in living room.  It would sleep 8 people, 6 
comfortably... Each bedroom has a full bathroom with  showers. Large closets,dressers , heating and 
air conditioning.  

The kitchen is very large with all new electric appliances, dishwasher and ice maker.
There is  a washer and dryer in the laundry room.  

The pool and patio area have lounge chairs and umbrella table area for relaxing at the pool.  The 
area is very private and secured from neighbors.  Walk to it directly from living room door.  

There is a 50 x 24 ft tall covered parking area, able to accept any size travel trailer, boat or 
motor home with water, electricity and septic access.   

The covered porch has a table and fan for relaxing in the shade.  The casa has a nice stereo radio 
and cd player It also has a color TV with cable hook up to American and Mexican  channels. Lots of 
reading material and propably 50 current DVD movies.

The house is secured by an 8ft block wall and solid iron gate. The Mexican neighbor cares for and 
watches the house 24 hrs a day. The need for security doesn't arise out of a Mexican threat, but 
rather a california custom. There are approximately 600 Americans living in loreto.  

Loreto is properly called  LORETO BCS, 750 miles south from the boarder on the sea of cortez, 4 hrs 
north of LaPaz, easily accessible by car on hwy 1 from Tijuana. The only highway allow for 15 hrs of 
driving time from the boarder. Lots of gas stations, motels and beautiful desert and beach sceanery 
all the way to loreto. Or by plane (Alaska or Delta) direct from LA, allow 1.5 hrs flying time.  
Roundtrip from LA is usually less than $300. The airpot in Loreto is a short 10 minutes & $10 dollar 
drive to the casa by cab. DIRECTIONS FOR THE CAB WOULD BE: #3 AVIACION, which is in front of La 
Pinta Hotel, 1 Block south of the front gate.

There are several Mexican pangueros (small boat captains) availble for excursions, fishing or scuba 
diving trips, for a fee and a short walk to the dock.

The hertz rent a car is 3 blocks from the house.  

There are 4 bycicles at the house availabe for use anytime.  
 
February and March temperatures are 75 to 85 degrees.  The ocean is full of whales, dolphins and 
bottom fish.  Excellent scuba diving.  April and May temperatures will range from 85 to 95 daytime 
degrees. Ocean is full of yellow tale fish. During June the temperture will be from 95 to 105 and 
the ocean is full of dorado and sail fish. Water temp will range from 70 to 85 degrees. August & 
September is always over 100 degrees and the fishing just gets better. The dress is always less than 
casual. The Mexican food and margaritas are delicious.
