13,000 residents located a mere 15 minutes by air conditioned ferry  
that runs every 30 minutes from Cancun.It is the perfect getaway for  
couples,families and reunions.It was originally a fishing village and  
still maintains that tradition.It is the perfect antidote to the  
hustle and bustle of Cancun.North beach,with its clear turquoise  
water and pure white sand,makes it one of the prettiest beaches and  
best kept secrets in all of Mexico.Your condo,on the southern side of  
the island in Loma Isla Bonita(located on the first floor)is on the  
highest point of the island with a breathtaking view of the ocean.If  
you want peace and tranquility in a quiet retreat away from the noise  
of the town this is the spot.From your living room you can enjoy a  
wonderful sunset and you are just steps away from the refreshing pool. 
You can also walk to Playa Lancheros(where you can get a barbequed  
fish feast on the beach) and Casa O's(one of the best restaurants on  
the island.With plenty of room to stretch out(125 sq meters or 1350  
sq feet)you will never feel cramped.Downtown Isla Mujeres is just a  
10 minute cab ride away where there is a  
supermarket,bank,bars,restaurants,ferry dock,fishing boats,internet  
cafes and souvenir shops.You can rent a car in Cancun and take it to  
the island on the car ferry.In Cancun you can shop in quantity at Wal- 
Mart.
