This beachfront vacation home guarantees breathtaking sunrise and
sunset views. Located in Uaymitun, our “snowbird’s” favorite
neighborhood. Coconut trees, wide white sand beach and reefs a
stone’s throw away to snorkel from the beach, make this property a
truly unique vacation spot.

Very spacious house with Mexican rustic style décor. Four bedrooms,
can accommodate up to 10 guests. And if needed, a fifth room can be
habilitated as well.

Master bedroom w/queen size bed is very spacious, has its private
bathroom and walk-in closet. Very fresh, ventilated by large windows
that lead to its beachfront balcony. All rooms with their own
bathroom. The second room is also beachfront and has it's own
balcony, w/ full size bed. The third features 2 full size beds. And
the last bedroom has a 2 twin beds.

Downstairs features the “social area”: kitchen, dinning and living
room that communicate to the beachfront terrace. A large terrace
runs along the beachfront of the house all the way around the pool,
with the end unroofed assuring enough tanning area. It's closest
part to the house is roofed and furnished with garden livingroom and
dinning furniture, making this one of the favorite spots in the
house.

activities and attractions in Chicxulub Yucatan

Despite the small size of the village, Chicxulub has much to offer.
There are restaurants in town. Depending on the time of year, the
festivals in the town square are an exciting Mexican experience.

Very close to Chicxulub is the port of Progreso. The small town
features a nice beach, jetski rentals, and other watersports
options. There's an extensive crafts market near the pier as well
as other tourist shopping along the town's streets. There are
several restaurants along the beach road that serve drinks (and/or
food) at tables and palapas situated right on the expansive beach.
A moderate sized North American style grocery store is available for
those that are not adventurous enough to purchase their food at the
Mexican open-air market.
