Our romantic ocean view vacation rental house is located at Las Gaviotas, the 'Crown Jewel' of 
gated/guarded communities in Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico. Las Gaviotas has been in 
existence for 30 years and has become the standard by which all private communities are measured 
throughout the Pacific coastline. The "Endless Summer" beach house includes beautiful breakwater 
ocean views, a shared year round heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, a private 
sandy beach, tide pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball court and a world renowned surfing location, 
plus much more. 

The two story Villa Endless Summer is fully 3,000 square feet, one of the largest homes in the 
complex. With five large bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is ideal for a large family or for a 
group of friends. It will accommodate 10 people comfortably. This is the only rental with three 
fireplaces (Living Room, upstairs Master Bedroom, and one of the two downstairs bedrooms). Bed and 
bath linens are provided also. All you need to bring is beach towels.

The large deck has a 180 degree ocean view. Barbeque on the deck with the gas grill or relax in the 
lounge chairs under the umbrella. A table and chairs are also provided for meals on the deck.

Our huge living area includes a dining table that seats 10 facing the ocean, two leather couches, 48-
channel cable TV/VCR/DVD; CD/Tape Player/Radio; numerous videos; and many recent bestsellers. Our 
game shelf includes Backgammon, Checkers, Chess, Dominos, Playing Cards, Monopoly, Scrabble, plus 
tennis rackets.

Our kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, 
blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, plus all the gadgets you'll need whenever you 'cook in'. 
A grocery store is located a very short walk across the street from the complex. If you prefer to 
dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.

Each bedroom includes a dresser, lighted bedside stands, cable TV and an AM/FM clock radio. One 
bedroom TV has Play Station hooked up along with various games.

Our home is infant and toddler friendly. The following items are stored in a closet(Safety gates, 
portable playpen, high chair, stroller, electrical outlet covers, etc.)

Las Gaviotas is a guard-gated community of three hundred homes, built on a hillside overlooking the 
Pacific coastline. Part of the charm of this Mexican village is the cobblestone streets lined with 
palm trees and beautiful bougainvillea meandering throughout. This cozy community is located just 30 
minutes south of the San Diego border.

The amenities in Las Gaviotas include an Olympic-size heated swimming pool and spa (overlooking the 
ocean), beach volleyball and tennis courts, and coin-operated washer and dryers. Children of all ages 
will love the sandy beach and tide pools. A slate patio with incredible views of the surf and sunset 
surrounds the large heated pool. You can stroll along the surf on our slate walkway, which stretches 
the length of the community. This is a renowned surfing location with both a right and left reef 
break great for both beginners and seasoned wave riders. 

If fishing is your sport you can fish right here or if you prefer a boat, you can drive 40 minutes 
south to Ensenada. Charters are available for both sport and deep-sea fishing. You can also head 
north 15 minutes to the fishing village next to Fox Studios where the local fishermen will take you 
out in their pongas early in the morning and back by noon. For you golfers we have two golf courses 
close by. One is 15 minutes north called "Real Del Mar" or 30 minutes south there is "Baja Mar".

The town of Rosarito is a few minutes north where you will find lots of shopping, antiques, art 
galleries, and excellent restaurants. You can also rent horses and ride on the beach or you can 
choose to take your four-wheel drive vehicle on the beach ar Rosarito.

Of course you may just like to do nothing at all. Relax on the balcony with a 180 degree ocean view, 
drink margaritas, and read a book. Within minutes, the sound of the crashing waves, the ocean breeze, 
and tequila will have you napping away.

November - February except Holidays: Mid-week rentals start at $195 a night, $295 a night for weekend 
rentals with a 2 night minimum. Weekly rental rate is $1695.

March - May and Sept - October except Holidays: Mid week rentals start at $225 a night.  $325 a night 
for weekend rentals with a 2 night minimum. Weekly rental rate is $1895.

Memorial Day - Labor Day and Holidays, $375 a night.  3 night minimum for weekend rentals and 
Holidays.  Weekly rental rate is $2250.

There is a $30 maid cleaning feecollected for each stay.  3 night minimums can be relaxed 3 weeks 
prior to first rental date.
