First off we would like to Thank You and complement you on your
awesome property on the beach. The property was exactly as described
and more. The view was breath taking as you have one the best views
around, and we have almost seen them all. We have paid twice as much
out there on hotels suites and never seen anything so enjoyable and
relaxing.  We also enjoyed the fact that there was 24 hours security
on premises and you have everything you need there to make it a
memorable stay. We will definitely be a returning customer and also
refer you to friends and family with out thinking twice about it. Very

check-in time. At check-out , if evrything is OK  the manager will
return the check back.


REFUND POLICY: Must be canceled 30 days prior to your initial date 
and all nights lodging will be refunded minus $40 transaction fee 
which will be kept.  NO refunds for anything canceled within the 
past 30 days prior to your stay.
