The building has 24 hour security and English speaking administrative
staff to help you with your needs.Maid service twice a week is
included in the rental price. Transportation to downtown is very
convenient and you don't need a car. Bus stop is across the street
from the building and buses run every ten minutes. Taxi station is
close by and you can call for Taxi anytime.

Don't stay in a hotel when you can enjoy your own retreat, sunsets and dining in (at least 
sometimes).
