condominium complex of only twelve units. It is exceptional for its beautiful
private garden and inviting pool. This unit is located on the top floor (third
level). It has a stunning private rooftop terrace with a shower. After a day at
the beach, it is a real treat to shower and relax on the roof. The condo has
two bedrooms all with exterior windows and two bathrooms (one is an
ensuite). It has a large private balcony off the living-room that faces the
garden. This unit also has a dedicated parking space for your use.

- 50% deposit to reserve. 50% balance paid to our manager at check-in.
- Deposit Payment by wire transfer, certified check, money order in US dollars or
equivalent amount in Canadian dollars/Euro.
- Cancellations prior to 30 days arrival receive a 25% penalty fee.
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival 50% penalty fee.
- Loss or damage deposit of 200 US refundable at check-out.
- Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 12 noon
