Our Condo Home is located in the most sought after part of town ,
Los Muertos Beach. Not only high on the hill above the beach with a
Million $$$ view of the entire bay , city ,and mountains but is also
within steps on some of the best beaches in all of Vallarta.

Our building has just 16 units and features a keyed gated entrance
providing both safety and security to all guests. You will find
access a breeze as we are only 6 steps removed from the entrance of
the building.

All pictures you will find in this listing are from our private
terrace and not stock photos. It truly is breath taking.

This super sized studio features 625 square feet of living space
plus a large private terrace.Watch the magnificent PV sunset and the
many cruise ships coming out of the harbor.

condo rental amenities

Maid Service Twice a week.

Linens,towels, dishes, microwave,stovetop,toaster oven and brand new
fridge. Of course we also have a new coffee maker and blender.

Just bring your toothbrush! We provide the rest!

We have 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper. We prefer to rent to only 2
persons at a time. Our condo does not allow pets. We do not accept
smokers.

Our condo is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants
and shopping in all of Vallarta. City bus service stops right
outside the condo gate for either sightseeing or shopping.If you
decide to rent a car, parking is free in our 8 space parking lot.

vacation rental rates

We Rent our home during the months of Dec thru April. The rate is
$595 per week with the exception of the Christmas Holiday.
Holidays: Christmas: Dec 15th-Jan 1 $695 per week


All Rates based on a minimum 7 night minimum.We prefer long term
rentals and our special $2000. per month applies and you save $380.
