sitting area, private sun deck, protected by glass, with ocean view. 

There is a Large Area between the beach and the houses, giving you 
lots of space for large gatherings,parking, BBQ's, Vollyball, or for 
the kids to ride bikes and play. Great for Large Motor Home Parking, 
and Race Trailers.

24 Hour Private Security

Please bring drinking water. The homes here are generally heated by 
fireplace, but the guest house does have a heater. Please inquire 
about firewood. There are not dish washers.

Horses, jet ski, and ATV rentals nearby.  
The seaport city of Ensenada is just a 30 minute drive, where one 
can tour all the sights, shop till you drop and then party the night 
away. 
La Bufadora is just a 10 minute drive where you can watch as the 
swells fill the surge channel and then blow sky high. 

There are miles of trails to hike or spend the day in the bay with 
your jet ski.  

Swim, walk the beaches or sit and read a book in the sun while 
others hit the golf course about 20 minutes away.  
View the geese and other migratory birds that come to feed in the 
estuary or visit the sand dunes in the preserve. 

This is a Great place for Kayaking.
