Our Condo is located on the third floor of Condominios Brisas, located at KM 19.5 of Blvd Kukulcan  
Our unit is accessible by elevator or stairway where the views of the magnificent
Mexican sunset and the Lagoon are unobstructed and breath taking.  
Our unit (C3205) consist of three separate rooms, the large bedroom  
will accommodate up to 4 adults, a separate bathroom, and a kitchen 
with plenty of cabinet space. Weekly maid service is furnished..
(Daily maid service is available for an added charge of $25 per 
day).Our complex hosts 2 swimming pools, one adult and 1 wading pool 
for children, surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs . The 
atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and listening to the soothing 
ocean waves of the beautiful turquoise Caribbean or just day 
dreaming. We have direct access to miles of white sandy Cancun beach 
lined with palapas just steps from our swimming pools.     
Condominios Brisas has excellent 24 hour security, small deli, 
laundry and tennis court . 
The bus stop and taxi's are at your beckoning just outside your door 
with destinations to all the sites, adventures and world class 
shopping the area has to offer.

The Bedroom has 2 full size beds with superb new bedding offering 
a good nights sleep. The unit has an in room security safe, 
remote controlled air conditioning, wall mounted 26"cable TV with 
remote, matching color coordinated bedspreads and drapes, loveseat, 
matching headboards ,dresser/with mirror and night stand. Lots of 
drawers and closet space for extended stays.Our condo also has 2 
clocks,a wall mounted hair dryer, iron with a full size ironing 
board. Our floors are covered 
in marble through out including the large walk-in shower and 
bathroom walls.  
 In the kitchen you will find all the tools needed to prepare 
a meal for royality, a new 2 door refrig/freezer, coffee maker, 
microwave, blender, 4 burner gas range with oven with see through 
glass door, dishes, silverware and cook ware, drinking water 
dispenser and much more!

Rates are for 2 people. Add $10 per night for each additional person

A refundable deposit of $200.00 is required and will be return as 
soon as the keys are returned to us. 50% of the rental fee is 
required at time of booking .. the balance to be paid 60 days prior 
to your arrival. The keys will be priority mailed to your home 
approximately 15 days before your scheduled arrival date.
