$250 deposit is required to secure your rental.  Full payment needed 34 days before your trip.  If 
you need to 
cancel, you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid up to 34 days before your trip.  

Description of the Grand Mayan:

The Grand Mayan Palace at Nuevo Vallarta is the best vacation 
hideaway in the Pacific.  The resort is located on Bandera's Bay 
with a 1/2 mile of beach for your swimming, sunning, and vacation 
pleasure.  The grounds are absolutely gorgeous.

You can enjoy oceanfront restaurants, bars, disco, exercise room and 
spa.  There is kayaks, pedal boats, and electric boats that cruise 
along the interconnecting canals.  The property is large, so rent a 
bike to discover all the grounds or hop on a shuttle or the electric 
train to get to where you want to be quickly. In addition, the Grand 
Mayan guests have exclusive access to the Grand Mayan resort & 
amenities (not available to Mayan Palace guests). This includes a 
great swimming area with lazy river, water slides, and other 
amenities not available to the Mayan Palace guests.

The golf course was designed by Jim Lipe and is sure to challenge 
you.  Discounted green fees are included with your rental from me.  
The interconnected swimming pools are the longest in Latin America 
and have a variety of daily activities to keep you entertained.

Puerto Vallarta airport is about 15 minutes away and downtown 
shopping and dining is about 20 minutes away.  Taxis are available 
at the hotel or catch the public bus for some local flavor.

Master Suite:  Consists of 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have a king size 
beds.  One bedroom has an extra Futon type bed.  The living area 
with 
two sleeper sofas, television, dining table, fully equipped 
kitchen.  
Sleeps up to 8. Private cooling off pool on your terrace or porch.  
Jacuzzi bathtub, double sinks, complimentary bathrobes. Rents for 
$1600 a week.

We have the Profile A upgrade which awards you top pick of available 
spaces at the Grand Mayan. You can select ocean view, 1st floor, top 
floor, near elevator etc.

One Bedroom Suite:  Consists of a king size bed, living area with 
sleeper sofas, television, dining table, fully equipped kitchen.  
Sleeps up to 6.  Whirlpool tub. Rents for $1500 a week.

Master Room:  One King Size Bed and a Futon sleeper.  Similar to 
large hotel room. Has no kitchen. Does have a jacuzzi bath. Sleeps 
4.  Rents for $1200.00 per week.

We have multiple weeks available so plan to stay for two weeks or 
come with a group of friends or family and book additional rooms.

Easter Week and Christmas and New Years Weeks are not available.

Check in is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday only.  You can book six 
months in advance, so plan now.  Resort does become fully booked 
many of the weeks, so plan ahead to avoid disappointment.  It's a 
great summer and winter vacation for the kids.  You'll all love it.
