This wonderful two-story Mexican style house with an incredible
charming decoration guarantees you comfort, peace and a pleasant
stay while you enjoy your vacation in one of the best beaches in the
area with spectacular views of the ocean. This breathtaking house is
perfect for families up to 5 persons.

The house is very comfortable and spacious with luxury
accommodations; upstairs there are 3 rooms, all of them with a full
private bathroom and A.C. Two of them are beachfront and have a
balcony that will give you perfect views of the area and what a
perfect spot to watch the sunsets and sunrises for those of you that
are early persons. 1 room has a king bed the other has a queen bed
and the last one has 2 full beds.

Downstairs the house has half bathroom and it has a very nice well
decorated and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave,
silverware, toaster etc.), it has a living room with a charming
decoration and a dining room.

After a long day, there is a perfect spot to be at, the swimming
pool, that has a very nice shape and some areas are shallow if
you’re planning on taking kids with you. There is also a half-roofed
terrace with very nice tables and chairs and with ceiling fans in
case it is too warm.

The house is in a very nice neighbourhood where many snowbirds
immigrate to this area from Canada and the north and they come back
year after year, the house is located 11 kms away from progreso and
4 kms away from chicxulub; there is Public transport that goes by
behind the house towards Chicxulub and Progreso. However having a
car would make your stay more pleasant.
