Vacation Rental Description

A magic contact with the nature!!! Surrounded of art and magic  
everywhere. 
 
This place is exclusive for special people that love being  
surrounded of calm, peace and natural beauties. 
 
One of the characteristics of the Xaxnuc’s house is counting with a  
wonderful view to the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy it from  
the suite terrace and from the pool. The beach is really big with  
enough space to walk and have charming evenings. 
 
The house is located at 13 km of Telchac Puerto by one side and by  
the other at 31 km of Progreso and just 50 min from Merida city,  
Capital of Yucatan State. At 8 km or five miles is the Reef Club  
Hotel -5 stars-  that count with restaurants, swimming pools, night  
club, activities all the day, crafts stores, among others ($32 USD  
day pass, all inclusive from 9am to 6 pm) 
 
For the people who have known it is a magical and mystical place  
surrounded by natural beauties, such as the Mayan ruins of Xcambo  
that is a mayan city with pyramids, and a chapel and  water eye  
to enjoy the nature beauties, and just behind the house is the swamp  
with flamingos and a variety of birds typical from the zone. 
 
The suite is wonderful, really big and with great decoration, this  
account with terraces in the first floor and another one in the  
upper level so you can have a relaxing moment sitting in your chair  
watching the afternoons or reading. You can use that terrace in  
comfortable hammocks to enjoy the smooth breeze of the sea and  
wonderful sun settings. Both terraces have a wonderful view to the  
sea and the house also have a palapa besides the pool so you can  
have lunch or enjoy a coffee break always in presence of the nature  
and the relaxing moments. 
 
The house has a very nice studio/guess bungaloo with a complete bathroom, quin size bed, a hamack  
and a nice view to the ocean and the garden.  This bungaloo is perfect in case you need another room  
for your guess or to use as studio. 
This bungaloo is a little separate from the house. 
 
Is a 2 floor house and is totally equipped with beautiful decoration. 
The first floor counts with kitchen equipped with: microwave,  
refrigerator, stove, and everything you need to cook. It also  
has a stay room, one bathroom and a big terrace so you can rest in  
hammock. 
 
The second floor is conformed by the suite for a couple, the room  
has a king size bed, stay room, bathroom, closet, TV, DVD, air  
conditioner, towels, sheets and space for a hammock. 
On the outside has one terrace with view to the ocean and enough  
space for enjoy the sunset and to relax in hammocks. 
 
The outside part of the house, has a pool with a great view to the  
Gulf of Mexico, and a palapa with a handmade table and banks. 
 
Swimming is good all yearlong. The water is safe, clean Gulf water 
with no rocks, currents or ebb tides. It is very swimmer friendly. 
  
The house is surrounded by coconut palms, and green areas. 
 
Xaxnuc its a really private place because there isnt other house  
close, at one side is 200 mt. away and the other is 500Mt away. So  
you can enjoy of relaxing moments with your couple. 
In the property of the house we have a watchman with his wife, they  
live in his own little house. They take care of the swiming pool,  
the garden, colect the garbage everyday, clean the house and  they  
can also make your bed if you want. The tip for them is not included  
in the price. I suggest you $ 50.00 usd. a week.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hammocks, TV,  CD player , DVD player, barbecue, tropical flora  
seashore walks, shell collectors´ paradise, beautiful sunrises and  
sunsets, sea bathing or swimming, sun bathing,  
flamingo watching, dock fishing, (boat fishing arranged at a  
marina either at Telchac, Chicxulub or Progreso).You can enjoy your  
fresh coconut water from our garden.

Activities and Attractions

Thousands of kilometers of clean and white sand and the Gulf of  
Mexico, its surrounded by green areas, a natural atmosphere were you  
can see birds of the zone like a flamingos, ducks and  pelicans  
which they are in swamp behind the house. Also near by is the Mayan  
archaeological zone of Xcambo which is now a new tourist site for  
the tourists who arrive at the port of progress (that is to so  
single 20 minutes, one of the main ports of Yucatan, in where she  
could take a walk by the levee and the stores of crafts). 
 
At Telchac Puerto you can rent a boat to go fishing, buy fresh sea  
food, vegetables, fruit, etc… 
 
At the house you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico swimming in it,  
reading in the green areas or just hanging in your hammocks. Relax  
at the pool, take a walk at the sand etc… its a place surrounded by  
calm.  
 
At night the only lights you will see are the ones you turn on.  
There are no cars passing by, and making noise or any night clubs  
nothing todisturb you, just calm and nature. 
 
Other distractions near this wonderful place are:  Chichen Itza,  
Uxmal, those are 2 hours away, there are the 2 most important cities  
of the Mayan culture. Near Chichen Itza there is Valladolid, a  
colonial city, and cenotes were you can swim. The colonial city of  
Merida is 50 minutes away were you can find everything you need:  
airport, car rental, hotels, bank, first class hospitals, shopping  
malls and everything you need. The Mayan archaeological zone of  
Dzibichaltun is 45 minutes away, just a few kilometers before  
arriving to Merida, it is a place where you can find Mayan ruins,  
crafts, museum and a cenote where you can swim and enjoy nature  
surrounding you.
