Brand New Rental for 2006 - Completely remodeled/furnished

1400 sq ft 2 Bedroom 2 Bath (sleeps 4 privately, 6 total).
Breathtaking views of the beach and surrounding mountains from a
spacious terrace that includes a private Jacuzzi and a built in
grill. Open floor plan with full size kitchen, dining room and
living room w/ satellite tv. Both bedrooms boast king size beds and
individual a/c units for your comfort. All the convenience and
amenities of home but located in the paradise of Mismaloya beach.
Jet ski rentals, snorkeling, horseback riding, and fishing just
minutes away! Enjoy food and drinks on the beach for a relaxing
morning or afternoon! Also massages are available on the beach or up
at your condo. Take a 15 minute taxi/bus ride into town all along
the beautiful Pacific Coast for more restaurants, shopping, and
nightlife. Our condo is located across the bay from the old movie
set of "The Night of the Iguana." It is now currently a restaurant.
The movie "Predator" was also filmed not far in the jungles of
Mismaloya.

Our condo does not have an elevator and requires several steps down
to the entrance making it difficult for those who may have a
handicap or difficulty with stairs.

2006 Rates Weekly
Winter: Jan 3- May 1st $ 895

Summer: May 2- Oct 31st now only $ 695/ $1200 for 2 wks

Fall: Nov 1- Dec 15th $ 800/ $1400 for 2 wks

Christmas: Dec 16th- Jan 2: $ 1300


Reservation Policy: 50% deposit due within 7 days of reservation.
Balance due 30 days before check in. Fees are non refundable unless
unit is re-rented for same time period. If less than 30 days to
rental dates...please call for payment arrangements. Also, if stay
will be less than one week or an extended time period call for rates.
