complex name "The Blue Pearl Suites". Set on the second floor, it
has a private terrace with Jacuzzi with a great view to the 1a
Avenida, a delicious ocean breeze. This condo combines the privacy
of your own home with the confort of hotel service. Your suite will
be cleaned every day, and you will have fresh towels and linens as
well as delicious organic bathroom amenities to pamper yourself
after the beach. The rooftop solarium with dip pool and ocean view
is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon with your favorite
drink, or get a tan away from the crowds.

The suite has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation.
Shoud you desire to cook, the kitchen is completely furnished with
cooking gear and dishes for two. Air conditioning and fan will make
sure you are always comfortable. Cable TV and wireless internet are
included. There will always be a large bottle of purified water at
our disposal. We also provide beach towels, and our beach club is
just 3 minutes from the property.
Starting on January there will be a convenience store and coffee
shop downstairs.

The condo�s unique location places Playa del Carmen at your feet. In
three minutes you are on the beach with its extraordinary ocean and
powdery sand. We are close to some of the best beach clubs in Playa.
Walk another 3 minutes and you are on the Quinta Avenida, where you
can find all the best restaurants, shopping, entretainment and night
life.Everything is walking distance, and that is very relaxing! The
beach is so close that you can come and go in no time. There are
scuba diving centers besides the property, and on the beach you can
rent a catamaran, windsurf, etc. We can gladly advice you on all the
wonderful day excursions and things to do in Playa and around.
