Puerto Beach House welcomes you and yours!  Three stories and 4,500 
square feet provide ocean views with plenty of room for group 
gatherings, as well as ample privacy.  Each breezy level has its own 
very large patio with dining area, refrigerator, coffee maker, 
blender and microwave.  

Puerto Beach House consists of two-bedrooms on the ground level with 
a large well-equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining rooms.  
The numerous windows and ceiling fans allow for cool ventilation in 
the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas.  The beautiful garden doors 
open to a private and secure gated yard with swimming pool, 
lounging, BBQ and shaded dining area.  Up to six people sleep on 
this poolside level.

The second story boasts three private bedrooms, with private full 
baths.  These bedrooms sleep eight persons in total and have 
their own patios overlooking the warm splendorous Pacific Ocean. Two 
to four persons sleep comfortably in each of these breezy bedrooms. 
Enjoy cold fruits and juices or hot coffee without having to leave 
your large private patio.  You have your own private dining area on 
this ocean-view level.
 
A huge palapa shaded deck awaits you on the third story for dining, 
dancing or relaxing in one of our hammocks while watching the sun 
rise or set over the glorious pristine ocean.  The additional large
sun deck is perfect completely private sunbathing and yoga exercises. 

A cozy studio apartment is on this third level with its own kitchen and 
full bath.  You can sit up in bed each morning and view the 
beautiful ocean and listen to the power of the waves as you go to 
sleep.

** Two Bar-B-Q areas under shady palapas.

Everything is included!  Just bring your bathing suits along with 
your favorite summer outfits and you are set for your best vacation 
ever!!!

Our Excellent Property Manager orchestrates these activities at Discounted Rates:

Surfing, swimming, body boarding, swimming with sea turtles and 
dolphins, nature reserves, lagoon excursions, sky diving, fishing, 
snorkeling, scuba diving, waterfalls, wake boarding and much more!

Summer Rates - April through October $1000 (up to 10 renters); $1250 (over 10 renters) per week  
Winter Rates - November through March $1250 per week 
Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter $1500 per week

All rentals require a $500.00 rental deposit to hold your vacation time.
