Beautiful beach front house.  Where you can find peace. This home 
has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, swimming 
pool, service room with it's bathroom, porch, terrace, car garage.
It's only 4.5 kms away from Chicxulub town,where you can finds a 
market, video store,hardware store, church, backery,etc.  From the 
house there is public transportation that goes by every 15 minutes 
and takes you to Chicxulub, Progreso or Merida city.
The white sand beaches and clear gulf of Mexico waters makes 
Chixchulub to relax on the beach and enjoy nearby Merida city which 
is a colonial, cultural capital of the Yucatan Peninsula.  
You can find Chixchulub close to most of the impressives Mayan ruins 
like Uxmal and Chichen Itza, and Cancun is only 4 hr away.
Chicxulub is a small fisherman village and is highly recomended for 
people who likes to relax with the sound of the sea and likes to 
walk during a beautiful sun set.

The house is fully furnished.  Two floor home. The house has 3 
bedrooms, two on the top floor with a ocean view and one on the 
first floor next to the pool.  All bedrooms have their bathroom.  
Only main bedroom has air conditioning and all others ceilling fans. 
Optional there are two bungalows with a bathroom next to the pool.  
All bathrooms have hot water.  All bedrooms have beds and hammock 
hangers.  It also has a service (maids) bedroom with it's bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cooking and 
serving utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.
Blankets and towels are provided.

There are a few restaurants in Chixchulub as well as a Marina where 
you can find sailing lessons, kite surfing, water jetski, among 
other activities.
You can rent a boat and go fishing and while you fish somebody will 
make you a ceviche.
You can also go see the flamingos and other nature activities
