Vacation Rental Description

Follow the Boca Paila Road south from Tulum and discover the Sian  
Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, almost 2 million acres of protected  
forests, mangrove lagoon systems, and Caribbean beaches. 
Our small and remote eco-resort has 2 cabanas (2 queen beds each)  
plus the "TreeHouse", a brand new cabana,plus the newly constructed "Casa Grande, a 2 bedromm casa  
with living room and huge covered lanai, all right on the beach. Xamach Dos features beautiful  
powder sand beaches, a nice restaurant, mayan ruins, and an  
unspoiled reef system, along with a hundred coconut palms.

Activities and Attractions

Take a tour into the Laguna with a Mayan guide. 
Enjoy world class fishing- Salt water fishing in the warm Caribbean  
waters off of our beach, or Flyfish the world famous Ascension Bay  
for Bonefish, Tarpon and Permit. 
Take out our new Kayaks or Snorkel to the Reef system. 
Climb real Mayan Riuns 
Or just to nothing at all!

High Season (Nov.5-Dec 19, Jan.2-april 30).....$125 per night double  
occupancy.....$25 per night addtional guest. 
Low Season (May 1- Novemeber 4).....$100 per night double  
occupancy.....$10 per night additional guest. 
Holiday (weekly)(Dec 19-Dec 26)(Dec 26-Jan 2)$200 per night double  
occupancy.....$50 per
