a night, $295 a night for weekend rentals with a 2 night minimum. 
Weekly rental rate is $1695.

March - May and Sept - October except Holidays: Mid week rentals start at $225
a night.  $325 a night for weekend rentals with a 2 night minimum. Weekly 
rental rate is $1895.

Memorial Day - Labor Day and Holidays, $375 a night.  3 night minimum
for weekend rentals and Holidays.  Weekly rental rate is $2250.

There is a $60 maid cleaning feecollected for each stay.  3 night 
minimums can be relaxed 3 weeks prior to first rental date. We
