The Lonely Planet guidebook for Baja and Los Cabos says " Mulege is 
the prettiest little town in Baja"  We are located in the Oasis Rio 
Baja which is on the south side of the river midway between the 
village and the sea.  A pleasant 1.25 walk along the river either

beautiful with a good river view.  You can watch the 
ospreys and pelicans fishing in the river after a day of enjoying 
the many things to do around Mulege.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped for gourmet cooking and 
includes an icemaker.  All the bedrooms are air conditioned.  The 
queen beds all have eurofoam toppers and high quality linens.  We 
furnish very good towels for your use at home as well as old towels 
to take to the beach.  The bathrooms and showers are large with a 
liberal use of talavera tile.  We have high speed wireless 
internet. There is a utility room with a clothes washer.  Maid 
service and linen changes are provided as often as you like. There 
is a gas grill and chiminea fireplace on the patio.  

We have four docks on the river, four kayaks and five bicycles for 
our guests use as well as two Dyer Dhows (one with a sail rig) and a 
13 foot livingston which will take up to a 25 hp motor if you bring 
your own motor.  Snorkling is very good right at the lighthouse or 
my favorite spot, Punta Prieta, is just a few miles away.  Whale 
watching at San Ignacio Lagoon in January February and March is an 
absolutely amazing experience.  You aren't guaranteed to pet one but 
you most likely will and when a mother lifts her calf out of the 
water so you can see and touch it you know you have met an
