San Jose del Cabo Studio Condo On The Beach of the Sea of 
Cortez. 
   
This is a studio condo located in the La Jolla Condominium complex 
in San Jose del Cabo, near the southern tip of Baja California, 
Mexico. 

The condo is located on the top (third) floor of the building with a 
view of the Sea of Cortez. There is no elevator in this building. 

The La Jolla complex is situated about twenty minutes from the San 
Jose del Cabo International Airport and twenty minutes from Cabo San 
Lucas, in a low density, quiet beachfront condominium complex. San 
Jose del Cabo is a beautiful small Mexican town with lots of 
shopping and great restaurants. 

The La Jolla complex is right on the beach in San Jose.  Within 
walking distance is Mi Ensalada, Mama Mia's, Havana's Bar and Grill,
Zipper's Beachfront restaurant, and Trader Dicks mini market.  The 
MEGA store (all inclusive store: groceries, fresh fish, clothing, 
appliances and dry goods, basically on the order of a Wal-Mart is approx. one mile away on the main 
highway.  There is a bus stop across the street that will take you to Cabo San Lucas for 
about $3.50 USD. Costco and a new Wal-Mart and Sam's Club are a twenty minute drive to Cabo San 
Lucas.  Everyone here takes US or Mexican currency. Credit cards now accepted most places. 
Bottled water (5 gallons) is available at the HOA office for 25 
pesos (2.50 USD) and will be delivered to the condo usually the same day. 
 
No pets are allowed in the complex.

The unit has a queen size bed, and a fold out queen size couch. 
Galley style kitchenette with  full size refrigerator, microwave, 
sink, two burner hotplate, coffeemaker and toaster oven.  TV, DVD, radio, CD/tape 
player.  Propane BBQ.
Free wireless internet access in the common patio area by 
the pools, and inside the unit itself.

Two swimming pools, one heated, easy beach access, horse back riding, ATV 
rentals, ultra-light flights over the Sea of Cortez, snorkeling, 
fishing and kayaking near by. Also, seasonal whale watching from the 
beach and  seasonal whale watching tours available throughout the 
cape area. 

Shopping and restaurants located within walking distance from the 
complex. Trader Dick's minimart located just outside the complex.  

This Studio Condo rents for $625.00 USD per week, or $95 per night, 
with a three (3) night minimum.  This studio condo is located in the 
beachfront complex of La Jolla, in the town of San Jose del Cabo.  
There is an ocean view (Sea of Cortez) from the unit, see 
photos.          

Be advised as of January 2007, a VALID PASSPORT is required when 
travelling by air between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
