Welcome to Paradise! This simply stunning 3,100 square foot condo
will take your breath away the minute you step through your front
door....

From the spacious entrance hall you get your first glimpse of the
magnificent turquoise waters of the Caribbean. You may also access
one of the three terraces with views over exquisite tropical gardens
and a beautiful pool.

As you are lured towards the ocean you will see that the apartment
exudes class and quality. From the fine marble floors, to the modern
bathrooms and Italian imported kitchen......every detail has been
considered to ensure that you have an unforgettable vacation. The
quality furnishings are chic and stylish with some fascinating
modern artwork.

Through the entrance hall and to your right is a large Guest Suite
with a king sized bed, ensuite shower room and a peaceful terrace
area which overlooks beautiful Quinta Maya tropical gardens and pool
area.

If you choose to turn left in the hall you will pass another
beautifully appointed bedroom. This room has two Queen sized beds
and also overlooks the wonderful Quinta Maya gardens. There is a
bathroom with a shower/tub adjacent.

The Master Suite is spacious and luxurious. It has a large walk in
closet, twin sinks and a huge bathroom where you will find an
oversized tub with an invigorating “rainwater effect” shower and
bidet. From the Master Suite you have a small study area together
with magnificent ocean and pool view.

The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are spacious and airy…..perfect
for a convivial evening of entertaining!

There is an Italian imported kitchen (as used in the Ritz Carlton
demonstration kitchen!) which is extremely well equipped. Whether
you simply plan to mix cocktails to enjoy at the bar area or treat
your party to a full scale dinner party you will find everything you
need!

The large dining table can seat 10 guests.

From the living area you will be mesmerized by the turquoise
waters. The views are stunning and uninterrupted. Walking out from
the living area through the large glass sliders you can enjoy the
wonderful shady terrace with a comfortable teak table and chairs for
8. A perfect spot for pre-dinner cocktails as the sun sets. From
this terrace you have direct access to the pool and beach.

Ocean Homes is an exclusive residence of only 8 properties and was
only completed in February 2006. We own and care for the property
ourselves and live locally so are able to provide an excellent
service to our guests.

Ocean Homes is located on the best beach of Puerto Aventuras only a
few minutes walk from the centre with it’s variety of restaurants,
cafes and shops in the marina area.

Puerto Aventuras boasts one of the best marinas on the Mayan Riviera
with a variety of water sports including diving, snorkelling and
deep sea fishing.

There are a choice of gyms locally as well as a golf course and
tennis courts. Horseback riding can be arranged. There is also the
opportunity to swim with dolphins in Puerto Aventuras.

Puerto Aventuras is a luxury gated resort community 45 minutes south
of Cancun International Airport and 15 minutes from the lively,
cosmopolitan resort of Playa del Carmen with it’s abundance of
restaurants, shops and nightlife. We are also only 30 minutes from
Tulum with its interesting archaeological site and beautiful beach.

You may wish to hire a car during your holiday or equally take
advantage of the many reasonably priced taxis available.
