is 3:00 pm or after the day of arrival and check out time is 11:00 am 
or before the day of departure.  There is a key lock-box at this home.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100.00 
processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-
booking.  Reservations are only confirmed and guranteed with the 
receipt of the $ 100.00 deposit and 50% of the rental.  The rental 
balance can be paid after you arrive at the house.

Guests can fish from the rocks, play in the tidal-pools, enjoy nearby
